asylum living
This section should be perhaps filed under /00FF00/ for truly, no other color fits it better. Still, though, it may find its way there. However, for now, I will have this bit here.
Almost a decade ago I began a project I dubbed asylum. The end result of that would be the birth of a series of projects in which I re-tooled various games to fit the color scheme I visualized. In a few short weeks I intend to embark on what may be the final and most complete digital version of this series.
But that will not be the end. No, I find myself uncontent with modifying digital landscapes. The very fabric of reality ripples around me with the untold visions I see. These vast images will test me in a way the digital escapades never had, and will bring forth further eyes into the quest.
I had a dream once, long ago. I had sucessfully merged the universe I see with the world around me, and my life was as it should be.
Perhaps it's time to board once more the fantastic vessal of that green tinted world of ashen gray and the charred black void. Only this time, I won't be the only one seeing the changes made.
This time, the world itself will be my playground. Your world will become my world.
I will bring the asylum to you, and we will all dwell within its hollow walls.
